How quickly do we process your order?
Once your order is placed, we process and pack it within 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. As soon as it's dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you know exactly where your package is.

We offer free standard shipping on every domestic order — no minimum cart value, no hidden fees. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and typically arrive within 4–5 business days of dispatch.
In the rare case that your pincode is unserviceable, we'll reach out immediately and issue a full refund.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Yes, we support COD — and at no extra charge. For COD orders, we may do a quick verification via call or email before dispatching, so please make sure your contact details are accurate.
Want to skip the verification step? Paying online (UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking) means your order gets picked up and dispatched faster.

Zaariva ships worldwide through trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx. International orders typically take 10–12 business days, though this can vary depending on customs processing and your destination.
Customs duties, import taxes, or any local government charges are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in Zaariva's prices.

In-store pickup: Your order will be ready within 24 hours. We'll send you an email as soon as it's all packed and waiting for you. Same-day delivery: Place your order before 4 PM and get it delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next business day.
What happens if delivery fails?
Our courier partners make two delivery attempts. If neither works, the package comes back to us and we'll contact you to either rearrange delivery or process a refund. Please note that for international orders, shipping charges are non-refundable in this scenario.
Can delays happen?
Occasionally, yes. Extreme weather, public holidays, strikes, or customs checks can slow things down. When this happens, we'll keep you informed and work with you to track and resolve your order as quickly as possible.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Our courier will try again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to us and we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery or a refund.
How do I track my Zaariva order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Use it anytime to check your package's live status and estimated delivery date.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once it's dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
Are there extra charges for international orders?
Shipping is always free. However, customs duties and import taxes levied by your country are your responsibility and vary by destination.
My area isn't serviceable — what now?
