At Zaariva, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Products like innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return (for hygiene or final sale reasons).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If you paid via COD, we will ask for your bank details to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for quick resolution.
