Return & Refund Policy

At Zaariva, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products like innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return (for hygiene or final sale reasons).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If you paid via COD, we will ask for your bank details to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for quick resolution.
